Dealing with the loss of someone dear to us is painful and difficult to handle. When my girlfriend’s mom died of course it was devastating. Shortly after her mom’s passing she started to realize how much she was forgetting things. Super organized, always on the ball and a perfectionist her forgetfulness really started to distress her. If she misplaced her keys or forgot an appointment it would drive her into an anxiety attack. However, she immediately thought that this forgetfulness must be from some sort of undiagnosed disease and then those thoughts would attack her… what if it’s cancer or a brain tumor? What if I die? Why can’t I get this Panic away from me?
As time went by these thoughts became obsessive and she began feeling scatter-brained, unsure of herself and unable to concentrate on anything. Her irrational, obsessive thoughts would make her spiral out of control and her anxiety attacks were frightening. Trying to find which disease she had she would be on the internet for hours. She was certain she was going crazy. Would her family and friends think she’s crazy too? Fearing the worst she decided not to talk about it. She was scared.
Grieving is a process and it takes time, death is a huge tragedy. It’s not uncommon to feel forgetful, overwhelmed or scatter-brained. Because her mind couldn’t think logically at the time, she became obsessed running to the doctor every time she’d forget something, her obsessive thoughts seemed completely normal. She asked her doctor to perform many different tests but he concluded that she had General Anxiety Disorder, surprised but a little relieved, she didn’t know how to stop the anxiety on her own.
The cause of her anxiety was her fear of dying, especially since seeing her mom die. Having a fear of something sets off anxiety or panic. If you suffer from anxiety or panic have you asked yourself what you`re afraid of? Her obsessive thoughts consumed her so even during the night she would wake up trembling in fear.
Since using Panic Away her thoughts are kicked to the curb! She knows now that her thoughts as awful and frightening as they were, were not logical or real. The Panic Away program teaches you how to stop the fear of you thinking you’re going crazy. She has learned to get control and she regained her confidence and her memory.
It’s not uncommon to feel afraid of losing your mind or nervous when experiencing anxiety, but the truth is you don’t have to keep suffering from these painful attacks. Panic Away’s powerful One Move Technique (21-7 Technique) can restore you back to your care- free, normal self no matter how long you`ve been suffering

interesting post…
I agree that A traumatic experience can bring about a panic /anxiety attack.
on the other hand I believe that a traumatic experience can have the opposite effect and cure a panic anxiety disorder, because it can take the mind away from focusing on yourself and concentrates it on thinking about the experience.
Thanks for the info….
